We've been building web applications for over 10 years. Along the way we've planned, designed, and built web apps scaling to millions of users and ten-figure revenue numbers. We've built SaaS apps, APIs, content management systems, point of sale systems, e-commerce sites, social networks, and everything in between. Our job is to have deep expertise in the technologies that bring the most value to our clients. As a result, we have refined our best practices delivering projects backed with the latest frameworks in conjunction with HTML5 and CSS3.
Web technologies we're fluent in include:
Our first mobile app project was delivered in 2010 and since then mobile applications have been the fastest growing part of our business. Today, we often use HTML5 and CSS3 with a PhoneGap/Cordova approach to build hybrid mobile apps capable of supporting multiple platforms from a single codebase. For native iOS and native Android apps requiring a highly tuned user experience, we develop in Objective-C, Swift and Java respectively.
The founders of Parthenon Software started their programming careers writing software for the enterprise in C#. Many of our Microsoft based projects involve rewriting aging Windows software to a .NET platform for increasing performance, stability, security, and the addition of new features. We develop software for Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Chrome OS, Azure, and AppHarbor. In addition, we can use web technologies to build applications for any platform.
Our expertise tuning databases and Linux servers can optimize your application and server performance, while reducing server and cloud costs. We'll analyze your current database and server configurations, report on areas for improvement, and implement the recommendations. Our analysis and recommendations encompass the full stack from database and server, network configuration, to client side code.
At Parthenon we offer an in-depth requirements gathering service wherein one of our analysts will discover the needs of your project and produce functional wireframes, feature specifications, user stories, information architecture diagrams, and UML diagrams. The results are documentation to hand off to a project delivery team to begin execution. During project delivery we use these documents to create a robust roadmap for development while maintaining the ability to quickly respond to your changing needs.
We own project delivery. We work with you to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and meet the resources to successfully deliver your project and meet your business objectives.
As our client, you will interface with a Project Manager/Certified Scrum Master who will work closely with you to understand project objectives, determine how to most effectively meet these goals, and manage the entire software development life cycle. We maintain a very tight client-communication feedback loop, iteratively building and reporting project status. Depending on the unique needs and phase of you project, the project delivery team we put together may draw on a variety of our technical skills and roles.
We provide technical resources and talent to be integrated with and managed by your existing team as you see fit. We can augment your current team with additional:
