In the past, employees were required to use a device issued to them by a company. This system ensured a number of things including security. So, you're ready to think about hiring a developer for your website, mobile app or whatever project you have in mind? Have you done the preliminary work and research? Such factors add to the differences in project estimates, but there's another factor that shouldn't be overlooked.
