We are seeking a technically minded sales professional with a proven track record selling consulting services or intangibles. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, developing new accounts, building relationships with customers outside of the Portland metro area, and maintaining and expanding existing business. This position is for a motivated sales professional with knowledge of the software industry and an understanding of modern web and mobile technologies and methodologies -- enough to communicate with software developers and technical clients, and an interest in learning more. Our lead generators will provide you with cold email and phone contacts, and you will receive some in-bound warm leads via our email marketing effort. The day to day job will be heavily phone based: initiating contact, prospecting new customers, and following up -- with some closing and communicating estimates supported by our consultants.
